2009年F1シーズンを戦うFerrari F60がどのチームよりも先に完成したようですね♪昨年僅差でチャンピョンシップを逃しているだけに今シーズンにかける強い意気込みを感じます。新しいレギュレーションに合致するようデザインされたNEW F1マシンは細長い印象で前後のウィング形状からダウンフォースを相当削られたように感じます。でもタイヤはレーシングカー本来のスリックタイヤが採用されており、開発が進んでいけば昨年のラップタイムをいとも簡単に更新する速さを身につけてしまうのでしょう。HONDAの撤退で少し寂しい気はしますが新たなマシンたちの激しいバトルが楽しみですね♪

Looks like Ferrari F60 is now complete faster than any other team to compete 2009 season of F1. They lost in the championship very closely last year so they make us feel strong eagerness. New F1 machine have thinner impression and you can tell that quite amount of downforce has been shaved off from the wing configuration. But tires are now back to real slicks like a real racecar, so as they go further on development, they will probably go faster than last year easily. Feels little sad about HONDA withdrawal, but tough battles of new machines would be so interesting.

Audi R8 GT3 Le Mans at Essen Motor Show
Audi’s motorsport division announced plans back in August to launch a 500hp-plus (373kW) version of the R8 for use in next year’s GT3 series, and today the car made its debut at the Essen Motor Show in Germany.

The new car has been designed for private customer teams and fully conforms to the production-based GT3 regulations, which means they will be allowable in numerous national and international competitions.

Because the GT3 regulations prohibit the use of AWD, the Audi R8 comes with a modified RWD powertrain and a newly developed six-speed sequential sports gearbox. The suspension is almost completely stock, with most of the modifications focusing on weight reduction and improving the car’s aerodynamics package. A modified front end and a large rear-wing generate the required downforce for the race track.

2008 SUPER GT SERIESも FUJI GT 300 KM RACE で終了しました。最終戦らしい激しいチャンピョンバトルが繰り広げられましたが、ドライからウェットへ変化する路面状況にも助けられカーナンバーNO.170 GAYKOKUYA & LMP PORSCHEは最後尾からオーバーテイクしていき遂に30LAP目にクラストップを快走！、後半は順位を下げましたが無事完走でチェッカーを受けました。応援していただきましたスポンサー様、関係各位様へ感謝申し上げます。LMP MOTORSPORTは来シーズンも更なる上位を目指して2009 SUPER GT SERIESへ参戦いたしますので、引き続き暖かい応援をよろしくお願い申し上げます♪

2008 SUPER GT SERIES has now ended with FUJI GT 300KM RACE. Like last round, keen battle for championship was rolled, and our #170 GAIKOKUYA & LMP PORSCHE chased up the field from very last helped by track condition which dried from wet, and finally reached the class top on Lap30. Dropped the position on later half of the race but safely finished the race. We would like to appreciate our sponsors and everybody for all your support. LMP MOTORSPORT will continue our participation in SUPER GT SERIES aiming better result, so we ask you for your backing!
